A stone's throw from a sandy beach, perfect for sandcastles, and with Fairbourne's steam railway passing through the dunes, the Moorings is located at the southern tip of Snowdonia national park with great walks, wildlife and world class mountain biking trails.

Across the estuary Barmouth offers classic seaside town thrills with a permanent fair ground, beach activities and a selection of unique shops, or visit Dolgellau for a more traditional Welsh market town.
